Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 2 .7.7.4 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, del siguiente tenor: "

Parágrafo Transitorio

En virtud de lo previsto por el artículo 5 del Decreto Legislativo 576 de 2020, tratándose de SUPER Astro y Lotto en Línea, el año contractual que incluya meses del periodo comprendido entre marzo y diciembre de 2020, no se tendrá en cuenta para efectos de verificar el cumplimiento de los ingresos brutos garantizados y el promedio de apuestas para la aplicación de los mecanismos de control, respectivamente".
