Article 16

De Conformidad Con El Artículo 75 De La Ley 443 De 1998, Los Aspirantes A Ser Representantes De Los Empleados De Carrera En Las Comisiones Seccionales De Carrera Deberán Acreditar Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Ostentar La Calidad De Empleado De Carrera De Una De Las Contralorías Territoriales Por Término No Inferior A Un Año; B) No Haber Sido Sancionado Disciplinariamente Por Falta Grave O Gravísima; Y C) No Haber Sido Condenado Por Sentencia Judicial A Pena Privativa De La Libertad, Excepto Por Delitos Políticos O Culposos, Ni Por Delitos Contra El Patrimonio Del Estado

De conformidad con el artículo 75 de la Ley 443 de 1998, los aspirantes a ser representantes de los empleados de carrera en las Comisiones Seccionales de Carrera deberán acreditar los siguientes requisitos

Ostentar la calidad de empleado de carrera de una de las contralorías territoriales por término no inferior a un año;

No haber sido sancionado disciplinariamente por falta grave o gravísima; y

No haber sido condenado por sentencia judicial a pena privativa de la libertad, excepto por delitos políticos o culposos, ni por delitos contra el patrimonio del Estado.
