El monto de los gastos que se financiarán con los recursos que se someten a consideración del Congreso de la República en virtud del proyecto de ley de financiamiento que se presentará al Congreso en los términos del artículo 347 de la Constitución Política, ascienden a la suma de UN BILLON CUATROCIENTOS SETENTA Y SEIS MIL SEISCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UN MILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($1.476.651.000.000) con lo cual el presupuesto total de apropiaciones, se fija en un valor de SESENTA Y SIETEBILLONES CIENTO SETENTA MIL CUATROCIENTOS NOVENTA MILLONES SETECIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO MIL CUATROCIENTOS SEISPESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($67,170,490,734,406).
