Decreto 3270 de 2005 · por el cual se adiciona un parágrafo al artículo 4° y se modifica el artículo 5° del Decreto 1999 de 1991.

º . Adiciónase el artículo 4º del Decreto 1999 de 1991, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Parágrafo 4

Para efectos de garantizar el adecuado control del recaudo de la cuota, a cada unidad mayor de empaque de cinco (5) kilogramos se colocará una etiqueta equivalente al pago por los kilos que contenga. La entidad administradora de la cuota deberá suministrar al agente recaudador las etiquetas, con características de seguridad, las cuales no podrán ser reutilizadas".
