ARTICULO 34. Descargos. - El jefe del organismo o entidad investigada y/o el funcionario implicados dispondrán de un término de ocho (8) días hábiles para presentar los descargos y para solicitar y aportar pruebas. Vencido éste término el funcionario investigador dispondrá de quince (15) días hábiles para diligenciar las pruebas solicitadas que estimare procedentes y las demás que considere necesarias para el esclarecimiento de los hechos.
