En la reconstrucción, construcción, reparaciones y mejoras de obras a que se refiere el artículo anterior, así como en su ejecución, serán tenidos en cuenta los planos, prospectos y proyectos que tiene el Municipio de Ibagué, con las reformas que a estos introduzcan o hagan para el futuro el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación y el Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos.
