Artículo tercero. El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de aprobación por parte del Gobierno Nacional deroga el Acuerdo número 037 de 1974 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y produce efectos fiscales a partir de dicha fecha para los empleados públicos que, estando al servicio del Fondo, sean incorporados a la planta de personal que esta norma contiene. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
