Art. 2º La expresada suma se pondrá á disposición de una Junta compuesta del Señor Cura de Güicán, del Sr Coronel José C. Puentes, Jefe que fue del expresado Batallón, y del Alcalde del Distrito, para que la distribuyan conforme á los cuadros del personal de dicho Cuerpo, que obran en el expediente respectivo, el cual será remitido a la expresada Junta.
