Corresponde al Presidente de la República la suprema dirección, y la coordinación y control de la actividad de los diferentes organismos administrativos, al tenor del artículo 120 de la Constitución Nacional. La Presidencia de la República estará integrada por el conjunto de servicios auxiliares del Presidente de la República.
