Art. 36. Los empleados i tripulantes están obligados a rendir el viaje redondo para que fueron contratados; a cumplir con orden i puntualidad con sus respectivos deberes, observando completa honradez; i a observar una conducta ejemplar i respetuosa, ejecutando sin demora las órdenes que dicte el Capitan o quien lo represente. Ademas, la tripulación tiene el deber de poner a bordo del buque i mover i trasladar la carga que el Capitan designe, a la hora i lugar en donde él resuelva hacerlo, sin poner obstaculo alguno para ello.
