Artículo único. Deróganse los Decretos números 508 y 616 de 1904, sobre giro y admisión de libranzas aplicadas al pago de sueldos atrasados del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio Público. En consecuencia, las libranzas que no hayan sido cubiertas ó admitidas con arreglo á los Decretos citados, deben ser presentadas á la Tesorería general para su cancelación definitiva.
