Parágrafo 1

del artículo 1 del Decreto 1408 de 1991 quedará así: Para la conversión a pesos del precio mínimo de reintegro se utilizará la tasa estimada para el mes de embarque, teniendo en cuenta las prácticas comerciales aplicables. Las proyecciones respectivas se realizarán con base en la devaluación observada durante los ciento ochenta (180) días calendario anteriores al día del anuncio.
