El Consejo Directivo adoptará por acuerdos los estatutos referentes al personal docente y administrativo, a los alumnos y a los servicios académicos y administrativos de la Escuela. El estatuto referente a la administración de personal será sometido a la aprobación del Gobierno de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 38 del Decreto 3130 de 1968.
