DESAPARICIÓN Y DISMINUCIÓN SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR . El subsidio familiar desaparecerá y disminuye por los siguientes hechos

Desaparece por muerte de la esposa si no hubiere hijos legítimos.

Por razón de los hijos disminuye por muerte, por emancipación voluntaria, por matrimonio, por haber llegado a la mayoría de edad, salvo el caso de que los hijos inválidos que dependan económicamente del empleado, por profesión religiosa, por haber conseguido la independencia económica antes de haber llegado a la mayoría de edad.
