Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto entra en vigencia el nueve (9) de junio de 2023, previa su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo anterior, los títulos 14, 15 y 16 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019.
