° Conságrase el 27 de abril de cada año como Día del Correo Nacional, y créase la Medalla "Al Mérito Postal", destinada a premiar y estimular a los funcionarios que en el desempeño de sus deberes se hayan destacado por su conducta intachable, su lealtad, compañerismo, consagración y servicios eminentes, y por la práctica de las virtudes ciudadanas.
