Mientras se expiden las disposiciones reglamentarias a que hace alusión el presente Decreto, continuarán vigentes las normas y procedimientos que actualmente rigen al ITEC. Igualmente su dirección continuará siendo ejercida por el Jefe de la División de Capacitación ITEC.
