Por cuenta de la Nación se hará una edición de las obras científicas y literarias del doctor Carlos Albán. Con este objeto se destina la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) que será entregada a la hija del doctor Albán, señora Belisa Albán viuda de Valdenebro.
