Las disposiciones vigentes de los Decretos Nos. 161, 358, 617 y 1218 de 1915; 707 de 1922; 217 de 1926 y 2266 de 1928 y demás textos legales y pertinentes, se aplicarán en lo relacionado con la fiscalización, control y penas a los defraudadores de los impuestos de consumo de que trata el presente Decreto.
