º Él auxilio de que se trata ingresará directamente a la Tesorería de los respectivos Departamentos, las cuales pagarán los contratos de arrendamiento, de útiles y de muebles que aprobarán las Gobernaciones y que no requieren ulterior revisión del Poder Ejecutivo, aunque su cuantía sea de cien pesos o más.
