Inmediatamente que fuere sancionada la presente ley, el Ministro de Educación Nacional procederá a publicar dos mil ejemplares de la obra Biología General y Fisiología Comparada de que es autor el doctor Wenceslao Montoya, bien sea en la Imprenta Nacional o en cualquier otro establecimiento tipográfico.
