Artículo tercero . Las asambleas de delegados para elegir los representantes de los Contadores de que trata el presente Decreto, se celebrarán en la ciudad de Bogotá, en la segunda quincena del mes de octubre, a partir del año en curso, previa convocatoria que hará el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Tales asambleas se efectuarán por separado.
