º El Ministerio de Minas y Energía determinará el precio básico de que trata el presente decreto y efectuará mensualmente las liquidaciones respectivas y las enviará a Ecopetrol, quien deberá cancelar su valor correspondiente dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a su recibo.
