El Ministerio de Salud de conformidad con el procedimiento señalado en este Decreto, podrá teniendo en cuenta los factores topográficos, meteorológicos y demás características de tina región, modificar las normas de emisión de contaminantes, con el objeto de que no se sobrepase la norma de calidad.
