ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.22 .- DEFINICION. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda están autorizadas para abrir "Cuentas de Ahorro Especial" de valor constante, con el objeto de captar recursos para la financiación de planes o proyectos de conjuntos habitacionales.

Parágrafo

Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda que establezcan el sistema de "Cuentas de Ahorro Especial" sólo podrán financiar a través del mencionado mecanismo planes de vivienda de manera que en el respectivo plan a cada cuenta-ahorrista le sea asignada una determinada solución de vivienda.
