Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en los artículos 9º y 10º del Decreto legislativo 3745 de 1982, los ajuste previsto en el artículo 3º del mismo decreto no serán inferiores al 50% ni superiores al 100% del índice de precios al consumidor para empleados que determine anualmente el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1º Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en los artículos 9º y 10º del Decreto legislativo 3745 de 1982, los ajuste previsto en el artículo 3º del mismo decreto no serán inferiores al 50% ni superiores al 100% del índice de precios al consumidor para empleados que determine anualmente el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE.
