ARTICULO 1 º . CESE DE PARTICIPACION.- De conformidad con las normas estatutarias y legales correspondientes, la Nación y las entidades del sector agropecuario del orden nacional dejarán de participar en las Corporaciones o Centrales de Abastos, dentro de un plazo no mayor de un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.
