º. Reglas generales . El crédito educativo otorgado por el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro a sus afiliados, a través de convenios interadministrativos con el Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y de Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior, Icetex, deberá atender lo dispuesto en el reglamento de crédito educativo que para el efecto expida la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro.
