Reconócese como gratificación á favor de los miembros de las Bandas de Música Nacionales de la capital la mitad del sueldo mensual que les corresponde, de acuerdo con las asignaciones que actualmente tengan.

Parágrafo

Para el pago de este medio sueldo los Habilitados respectivos formarán una libranza extraordinaria con imputación al capítulo 47, artículo 262 del Presupuesto vigente.
