Art. 9.° Los solares adjudicados en el área de poblacion, en los cuales no se haya construido la casa de que habla el artículo 7.° de la lei en referencia, dentro de dos años contados desde la fecha de la adjudicacion, vuelven al dominio del comun como propiedad pública del respectivo distrito o aldea.
