º . Plan de Reconstrucción del Eje Cafetero. También como parte general del Plan de Desarrollo, se incluirán estrategias pertinentes para la reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la comunidad afectada por el terremoto del Eje Cafetero, buscando un desarrollo sostenible, promoviendo la recuperación de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes y la reinserción de la región a la economía nacional e internacional. Dichas estrategias se desarrollan más adelante a través del Plan de Inversiones y de los mecanismos de ejecución.
