Los empleados públicos que estando al servicio de los establecimientos educativos nacionales dependientes del Ministerio de Educación fueren incorporados a la planta de personal que se establece por el presente Decreto, no requerirán otra formalidad, para su posesión, que la firma del acta respectiva.
