Si a la llegada de los artículos de que se trata en este Decreto, se hubieren omitido por los párrocos o comunidades religiosas tanto la solicitud previa de exención como la presentación de los documentos que se indican, no habrá lugar a decretar la exención, y tales artículos estarán sujetos al pago de los derechos correspondientes, sin que haya lugar a reintegro ni devoluciones por este concepto.
