El auxilio de $300.000 que se vota por el artículo 1o. será distribuido entre los damnificados, en proporción a la pérdida sufrida, sin que pueda darse a ninguna suma superior a $7.000. La Junta dará preferencia a los damnificados que hayan reconstruido o estén reconstruyendo en las condiciones determinadas por acuerdos municipales.
