Presupuesto de las Entidades Receptoras Directas de Regalías y Compensaciones del Sistema General de Regalías. De conformidad con el monto del Sistema General de Regalías definido en el artículo 2°, autorícese gastos con cargo al Sistema General de Regalías, durante el bienio del 1° de enero de 2013 al 31 de diciembre de 2014 en la suma de tres billones seiscientos treinta mil novecientos noventa y tres millones quinientos veintiséis mil setenta y seis pesos ($3.630.993.526.076) moneda legal, según el siguiente detalle:

Parágrafo

Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía o la entidad delegada, mediante resolución, determinará e informará al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, las asignaciones entre las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales beneficiarias de los recursos del Subcapítulo 2, del presupuesto de las entidades territoriales y Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales receptoras directas de regalías y compensaciones, estimadas para el bienio 2013-2014.
