Art. 48. En el Liceo Nacional no hay orden obligatorio en las enseñanzas; los alumnos pueden tomar las clases que á bien tengan, siempre que estas no pasen de cuatro, y que no se tome una clase sin tener los conocimientos previos necesarios, á juicio del Rector, para que su aprendizaje se haga con provecho.
