Las disminuciones del subsidio familiar, rigen a partir de la fecha en que se haya producido el hecho que las determina. Los interesados están en la obligación de dar el aviso correspondiente dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Si no lo hicieren, el Ministerio de Defensa ordenará el descuento de una suma igual al doble de los que hubieren recibido en exceso.
