El Presidente ejercerá las facultades que se confieren en la presente Ley, asesorado por una comisión integrada por dos (2) Senadores y dos (2) Representantes designados por las Mesas Directivas de las Comisiones Primeras de ambas Cámaras, y por tres (3) abogados especializados en Derecho Penal Militar nombrados por el Gobierno, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
