Los Consejos administrativos departamentales ejercerán las funciones atribuidas á las Asambleas por los artículos 175, 186, 187, 190 de la Constitución y el Acto reformatorio número 7 de 1905.

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones de los artículos 191 y 192 de la Constitución son aplicables á los Acuerdos que dicten los expresados Consejos.
