Art. 14. Los equipajes de los Agentes Diplomáticos y Consulares de la República que regresen á ésta, hasta el peso de 500 kilogramos, serán libres de derechos siempre que los traigan consigo y que declaren bajo su palabra de honor que no traen en dichos equipajes artículos para hacer con ellos operaciones comerciales.
