El máximo órgano social podrá reglamentar el ejercicio del derecho de inspección a fin de evitar el entorpecimiento de la actividad comercial de la sociedad y disponer aspectos como el horario para su ejercicio, los mecanismos para la consulta de la documentación, la necesidad de programar citas para el ejercicio individual del mismo, sin que tal reglamentación pueda, en ningún caso, comportar una violación de las normas que amparan el derecho de inspección de los accionistas.
