ARTICULO 27. Entiéndese por nómina mensual de salarios para los efectos del artículo 9 o. del Decreto 118 de 1957, la totalidad de lo recibido por los trabajadores como remuneración de sus servicios, incluyendo las primas de rendimiento, las de costo de vida, los pagos por unidades de tarea o a destajo o las sobreremuneraciones por trabajo suplementario o nocturno y en días domingos o de fiesta.
