" Artículo 26 . La Junta Directiva de cada Cámara de Comercio, adoptará un Código de Ética, en el cual deberán tenerse en cuenta los principios generales de un buen gobierno corporativo, que informe el desempeño y las pautas de conducta de las Cámaras de Comercio, de los miembros de la junta y sus otros administradores y empleados y sus relaciones con la comunidad. En dicho Código deberá incluirse además el régimen sancionatorio por su incumplimiento. El Código de Ética deberá incorporarse a los estatutos de las Cámaras de Comercio
