º A partir del 1º de noviembre de 1985, elévase al 3.5% de los depósitos en cuentas de ahorros de valor constante la inversión obligatoria que las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda deben mantener en Nuevos Bonos de Vivienda Popular del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, de conformidad con el Decreto 888 de 1985.
