º . Adiciónase el artículo 502 del Decreto 2685 de 1999 con los siguientes numerales: "1.27. Haber obtenido levante en las declaraciones de importación de materias textiles y sus manufacturas y calzado y sus partes sin estar autorizado como importador de los mismos. 1.28. Haber introducido a zona franca industrial de bienes y servicios materias textiles y sus manufacturas y calzado y sus partes sin contar con la debida autorización. 1.29. Introducir, sin previa autorización, materias textiles y sus manufacturas y calzado y sus partes por lugares habilitados que no correspondan a los enunciados en el trámite de autorización o a los autorizados con posterioridad al mismo".
