Art 2° Una vez obtenida aquella rescisión, el Gobierno nombrará un Administrador general de la renta de sal marina en dicho Departamento, cuya residencia será en la ciudad de Buenaventura; este empleado recibirá del contratista actual las existencias de sal que hubiere en los almacenes del Gobierno, y la que estuviere en vía o encargándose en los puertos del Perú, con destino a los de Buenaventura y Tumaco.
