En lo no previsto en el contrato de participación para regular las relaciones de los partícipes, tanto durante la asociación como a la liquidación del negocio o negocios, se aplicarán las reglas previstas en este Código para la sociedad en comandita simple y, en cuanto éstas resulten insuficientes, las generales del Título Primero de este mismo Libro.
