º El Comité Se Reunirá, Por Convocatoria Del Ministro De Minas Y Energía, Por Lo Menos Una Vez Al Mes O Cuando El Presidente Del Comité Lo Considere Oportuno

º El Comité se reunirá, por convocatoria del Ministro de Minas y Energía, por lo menos una vez al mes o cuando el Presidente del Comité lo considere oportuno. El Comité no podrá sesionar sin la presencia del Ministro de Minas y Energía.

Parágrafo

El Comité expedirá su reglamentación interna.
