Ley 39 de 1966 · Por la cual la Nación contribuye a la financiación, construcción y dotación de la red de acueducto y alcantarillado de la población de Villarrica, en el Departamento del Cauca, y se dictan otras disposiciones de utilidad social

º . Auxíliase a la población de Villarrica, en el Departamento del Cauca, con la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00), para la construcción de la Planta de Purificación y Tratamiento de Aguas del Acueducto de dicha población.

Parágrafo

Queda facultado el Municipio de Santander de Quilichao, y la Junta Pobladora de La Bolsa - Villarrica, para pedir directamente al Exterior, o por conducto del Instituto de Fomento Municipal, la maquinaria para la construcción de dicha Planta.
