Cuando la importación o introducción de especies o productos de la fauna silvestre se haga con fines comerciales, el interesado deberá además, allegar los siguientes documentos. 1) Certificado de la Cámara de Comercio sobre la inscripción como comerciante, si se trata de persona natural. 2) Certificado de la Cámara de Comercio sobre constitución, domicilio, vigencia, socios, representación y término de la sociedad, si se trata de personas jurídicas, así como el nombre, identificación y domicilio de su representante legal. 3) Certificado del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad sobre residencia, cuando el solicitante sea extranjero.
